Booking Policy — Villa Claire Corfu
1. Reservation & Confirmation
To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking. Once we receive your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation email with all reservation details.
The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before arrival. If the remaining balance is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund of the deposit.
2. Payment Methods
We accept:
- Major credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Direct bank transfer
All prices are quoted in Euros (€).
3. Deposit & Security
A security deposit (amount specified per booking) may be required upon arrival or by card pre-authorization. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to property inspection and no damage having occurred.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations must be made in writing by email:
- More than 60 days before arrival – full refund of balance (deposit may be retained)
- 30–60 days before arrival – 50% of the total booking amount
- Less than 30 days or no-show – 100% of the total booking amount
Refunds exclude any transaction fees. We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
5. Changes by Villa Claire Corfu
We reserve the right to amend bookings (e.g., price, dates, or villa availability) due to operational reasons or force majeure. If this happens, we will contact you and offer alternatives or a full refund where applicable.
6. No-Show / Early Departure
No refunds will be provided in case of no-show, early departure, or unused portion of your stay.
