Villa Claire Corfu sleeps a total of 9 guests across the main building and the guest house. With three air-conditioned bedrooms located in the Main Building, this holiday villa may accommodate up to six people. The self-contained studio on the lower garden level can accommodate three more people for bigger groups of up to nine. We guarantee complete privacy for our guests by keeping the guesthouse shut for groups of up to six. An extra charge applies when booking the Guesthouse for parties of six or fewer.

With multiple stories, the Main Building boasts a spacious layout. Height and curving roof lines, light marble tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and open-plan spaces for lounging, dining, and entertaining all make an impression. The use of natural materials like wood and stone adds a touch of elegance to the overall design. Additionally, the carefully chosen decorative elements enhance the ambience, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home.

First level – Ground Floor

Featuring elegant fittings and amenities, it provides contemporary living areas designed to make you feel comfortable while visiting. Enjoy your favourite movie on the 65-inch smart TV while lounging on the cosy corner sofa, or prepare a delicious meal in no time in the fully equipped kitchen. Wooden countertops, stainless steel appliances, an extending breakfast table, lots of storage, and access to the chic dining area are all features of the kitchen. Not to be overlooked is the master bathroom! Enough space is provided by a spacious corner bath, a large double basin vanity unit, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, marble bench tops, and elegant ornamental stone on the walls. Have fun!

Upper Level – Mezzanine

With its convenient access to the backyard, the mezzanine features a large dining room that can accommodate 10 guests around an extensible table. Plates, glasses, and a delightful spread of meals create the perfect setting for a memorable gathering. Enjoy the company of loved ones as you savour delicious food and engage in lively conversations. Among amenities, the mini bar is a popular feature that offers a wide selection of wines and beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. This provides guests with the comfort of enjoying their favourite drinks without having to leave their villa. Additionally, this level houses the first double bedroom with a complete ensuite bathroom (shower cabinet).

Third Level – Top floor

The third level of the house has two additional bedrooms, each with its own staircases and private balconies. These bedrooms are perfect for guests or family members who want privacy and seclusion. The private balconies offer stunning views of the surroundings, allowing residents to enjoy nature’s beauty from the comfort of their rooms.

In Villa Claire Corfu visitors can choose from four cosy bedrooms. Modern beds, built-in floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, windows,  patio doors with  insect screens, ceiling fans, and individuals air conditioners are all features found in each bedroom. The top-floor bedrooms each feature a furnished balcony with amazing views of the gardens and valley. These balconies provide the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a sunset. Additionally, the bedrooms on the top level offer an added sense of privacy and tranquillity, allowing guests to truly unwind and relax in their oasis.

Bedroom 1 – Mezzanine 

The first bedroom you’ll come across is a spacious double-bed room on the mezzanine level, situated right next to the dining room. This room comes complete with a comfortable queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, which includes a shower, basin, and toilet. The furnishing in the space creates a modern atmosphere that is both sleek and inviting. The contemporary design elements and clean lines contribute to the overall ambience. Moreover, this bedroom also boasts direct access to the patio, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views.

Bedroom 2 – Top floor 

Reachable from the mezzanine, a stairway leads to the second double bedroom located on the top floor. Complete with a full ensuite bathroom, it has a queen-size bed and a large floor-to-ceiling closet. A double bedroom that is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and offers ample storage space for guests’ belongings. A shower cabinet, vanity, and heated hangers are included in the bathroom. In addition, our visitors can enjoy a private balcony furnished for outdoor living. The private balcony offers stunning views of the surrounding area. With comfortable seating and a small table, guests can enjoy their morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the scenery.

Bedroom 3 – Top floor 

Located on the upper level of the Main Building is the third and last bedroom. This is a twin bedroom featuring two contemporary single beds that can be readily converted to a king-size bed. You’ll love the modern furnishings, which have been carefully selected to provide a stylish yet comfortable stay. Additionally, there are stairs leading up to this bedroom, which boasts a private balcony and great views of the surrounding vegetation. After a tiring day of travelling, the private balcony offers a peaceful place to take in the stunning surroundings.

Bedroom 4 – GuestHouse

Lastly, the Guesthouse offers a fourth bedroom space. This fourth bedroom is perfect for guests who prefer a more private and spacious accommodation option. It provides ample space and a comfortable sleeping arrangement. With its built-in closet, guests can easily store their belongings and feel at home during their stay. Additionally, the peaceful views and easy access to the lower garden level create a serene atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.

The Guesthouse

The Guesthouse is a comfortable addition to the Main Building, and it can accommodate up to three people. It is not separately rented and offers about 35 square meters of independent studio space with direct access to the lower garden level. Inside the studio, you will find a double bed area and ample storage space for your belongings. The contemporary corner sofa provides a separate, pull-out double sleeper sofa that can easily transform into an extra sleeping space. The cosy lounge area offers comfortable seating for reading a book or watching TV on a smart 45-inch screen. Also, you may enjoy its well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, extractor fan and stove, making it convenient for preparing meals. The separate bathroom also features a shower cabinet, a washing machine, and storage space for your toiletries.
