Terms & Conditions — Villa Claire Corfu
1. Property Use
Your reservation is solely for holiday accommodation. Any business use, event, party, or commercial activity must be approved in writing before arrival.
2. Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in your booking. Exceeding this number can result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: After 15:00
- Check-out: By 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
4. Conduct & Respect
Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbours, and local laws. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited unless otherwise specified. Any illegal activity or behaviour that causes disturbance may result in immediate eviction without refund.
5. Damages & Loss
You agree to take due care of the property. Any damage, loss of keys, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the booking holder.
6. Liability
Villa Claire Corfu is not liable for:
- Personal injuries sustained on the property
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Cancellation of flights, transport delays, weather conditions or other events beyond our control
Insurance for personal property, travel, and liability is strongly recommended.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government action, etc.).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute will be resolved through Greek legal jurisdiction.
9. Acceptance
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
