Here’s how the space is thoughtfully arranged so everyone can stay comfortably and feel at home:
The main building hosts up to six guests across three levels, with three air-conditioned bedrooms spanning the mezzanine and top floor and three bathrooms—one main and two en suite. An open-plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor connect to the mezzanine dining space, completing the layout.
This self-contained studio accommodates up to three guests and offers an air-conditioned open-plan layout with private access to the garden. Inside, the space includes a double sleeping area, a bathroom, a lounge, and a practical kitchenette for a comfortable stay.
For groups of up to six guests, the experience naturally centers around the main villa, creating a relaxed and intimate setting, with the guesthouse kept closed.
For larger groups of up to nine guests, the guesthouse is included as a natural extension of the property, providing additional space when needed.
Immediately beyond the main entrance, a two-acre garden forms the estate’s central outdoor space between the main villa and the guesthouse. It hosts the pool area with a private swimming pool, a built plunge pool and a furnished gazebo. Opposite, a stone-built BBQ and bar area comes with outdoor dining and kitchen facilities. Stone paths link the areas, while sun loungers, umbrellas, hammocks, an outdoor shower and private on-site parking complete the outdoor amenities.
